What is this service?

This is a 24-hour per day automated service that allows you to check the transactions that have posted to your account.

You can also make a transfer from one account to another (account balance will not reflect this transfer until the VRU has been updated on the next business day).

How does this service work?

  • You need two pieces of information to do this:
    1. Your account number (for example: if your account # is 123456.0 you will enter 1234560).
    2. Your access code (this is the last 4 digits of your social security number).
  • Call (716) 326-3858 or (716) 363-6093 and press (5). When prompted, enter your account number and access code.
