Change is Coming August 2022 (sent out in an email blast on 2/28/22)

We are pleased to announce an upgrade to our core processing system. This system is the technological foundation that powers all of the services that you rely on. 

By upgrading our core, we can improve our products and services – meeting your banking and financial needs with greater convenience and specialization. In the coming weeks you can expect to receive more information regarding our conversion. 

Change is Coming (sent out in an email blast on 3/30/22)

Last month we notified all of our members that we will have a new core processing system, effective August 1. This new computer system will be an upgrade, but it will also mean that there will be many changes. The most notable change for you will be the online banking platform. It will be a completely different system. We will have more details in the next few months. But for now, if you are on online banking, we recommend that you download your account history and/or e-statements and keep them separately. Your account history will not transfer from one system to the other at the conversion at the end of July.  

New Computer System (sent out in an email blast on 6/9/22)


We have notified you the last few months that we will have a new computer data processing system, effective August 1st. This will mean many changes for all of us:

  • Online banking and our mobile banking app will be completely new, with new logins and passwords (which you can change).
  • The August-ending statements will have a different look.
  • Once we convert on August 1, you will not have access to the pre-August history of your account through the new online banking and mobile banking. We will be able to look up your transaction history if necessary. But you are strongly encouraged to download your account history and/or e-statements and keep them separately.
  • We will also be discontinuing our “voice response unit”, which is the line that members can call to hear their balances and recent transaction history. With the advent of online and mobile banking, we have very few members that use the voice response option anymore.

We will get more information out as we get closer to August 1st.
