Change is Coming August 2022 (sent out in an email blast on 2/28/22)

We are pleased to announce an upgrade to our core processing system. This system is the technological foundation that powers all of the services that you rely on.

By upgrading our core, we can improve our products and services – meeting your banking and financial needs with greater convenience and specialization. In the coming weeks you can expect to receive more information regarding our conversion.

Change is Coming (sent out in an email blast on 3/30/22)

Last month we notified all of our members that we will have a new core processing system, effective August 1. This new computer system will be an upgrade, but it will also mean that there will be many changes. The most notable change for you will be the online banking platform. It will be a completely different system. We will have more details in the next few months. But for now, if you are on online banking, we recommend that you download your account history and/or e-statements and keep them separately. Your account history will not transfer from one system to the other at the conversion at the end of July.

New Computer System (sent out in an email blast on 6/9/22)

We have notified you the last few months that we will have a new computer data processing system, effective August 1st. This will mean many changes for all of us:

  • Online banking and our mobile banking app will be completely new, with new logins and passwords (which you can change).
  • The August-ending statements will have a different look.
  • Once we convert on August 1, you will not have access to the pre-August history of your account through the new online banking and mobile banking. We will be able to look up your transaction history if necessary. But you are strongly encouraged to download your account history and/or e-statements and keep them separately.
  • We will also be discontinuing our “voice response unit”, which is the line that members can call to hear their balances and recent transaction history. With the advent of online and mobile banking, we have very few members that use the voice response option anymore.

We will get more information out as we get closer to August 1st.

Important Information about our Computer System Upgrade – Please Read (posted online and emailed out on 7/7/22)

As we have communicated many times and in different places, we will be installing a new computer system on the July 30-31 weekend. There will be many changes. Here are some of the biggest changes and items for you to be aware of:(1) We will close at 4:00 pm on Friday, July 29th.(2) We will be closed on Saturday, July 30th.(3) There will be no access to online banking (web banking or via our app) during that weekend.(4) All of the July-end statements will be printed on paper and mailed through the regular mail. We are doing this because your previous online banking access will end on July 29th and those with e-statements will not have a site to view their statements. However, all members currently on e-statements will automatically have e-statements re-start for the August-end statements in our new online banking.(5) The new login online banking link will be posted to our website over that July 30-31 weekend.(6) On Monday, August 1st, the new online banking link is scheduled to go live. There will be a new look and feel to your accounts. Also, since this is a new system, there will no longer be account history prior to August 1st. (We have already communicated a few times about this, asking you to download / print any history you think you will need. If you have further needs for account history then please contact us.)(7) Starting August 1st, your online banking username and password will be different, as this is a new system.• Your username will be your account number. (You may change your username once you login.) Here are some examples of new usernames:If your account number is: 1429.0, then your new online banking username is: 1429If your account number is: 102195.1, then your new online banking username is: 1021951If your account number is: 907202.0, then your new online banking username is: 907202• Your password will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. (You will be prompted to change your password after this initial login.)We realize change can be difficult. We ask for your patience during this time. We are expecting many calls and questions in early August. Thank you for working with us through this upgrade.

New Computer System is Being Installed This Weekend – Get our New App! (posted 7/27, emailed out 7/28)

On July 18th we notified our members of this weekend’s schedule, along with the changes to online banking. The information from that notification has been re-sent and is the second article in this email.

But there is an item that you need to do. On August 1st or later you will need to delete your current Inner Lakes app from your phone. This app is linked to our old computer system and will no longer have live data. Once you have deleted that app, you can go into the app store (either the Apple or the Google Play store) and download our new app for your phone or mobile device. Just search for the “Inner Lakes Federal Credit Union” app. This app will have a new look and feel, as well as some new capabilities. Your login for this will be the same as your new logins for online banking.

Those new logins have previously been given, but as a reminder:

Your username will be your account number. (You may change your username once you login.) Here are some examples of new usernames:

If your account number is: 1429.0, then your new online banking username is: 1429
If your account number is: 102195.1, then your new online banking username is: 1021951
If your account number is: 907202.0, then your new online banking username is: 907202

Your password will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. (You will be prompted to change your password after this initial login.)

But remember, you need to delete your old app, and upload our new app on August 1st or later.
